Description

Herb Valley B6 is a water soluble vitamin of which Pyridoxine Hydrochloride is the main form found in vitamins and supplements. Clinical studies have indicated that B6 is beneficial in treating the symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS)1 including breast tenderness and mood changes. Women with severe pregnancy sickness have been found to have low levels of vitamin B6. A B6 supplement can be an effective treatment for reducing the severity of morning sickness.2

Additional Information

No added sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours and sweeteners.

Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults

Take one to two tablets a day with a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicine Interactions

AMIODARONE – Pyridoxine may increase the risk of drug-induced photosensitivity – caution with patients taking pyridoxine and amiodarone concurrently.

PHENOBARBITAL, PHENYTOIN – Vitamin B6 supplements may lower plasma levels and efficacy of these drugs – consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Cautions and Warnings

WARNING: This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.

WARNING: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
