Headquartered in Hong Kong, the Company owns two pharmaceutical R&D centers and production bases in Zhuhai and Kunming, China, specializing in research and development, and manufacturing of Chinese medicines as well as biochemical medicines and biotech products respectively. The Company’s PRC headquarters and sales center in Shenzhen are responsible for brand building of Tianda Pharmaceuticals’s products, market planning and selling, and managing sales network in China. The Company also sets up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia for investment development, marketing and sales, as well as pharmaceutical development in South Pacific countries, such as Australia and New Zealand etc.

Tianda Pharmaceuticals is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 00455.HK). Tianda Group is its controlling shareholder with a 55.56% stake.
